Performance Characteristics
· Food Contact Grade: Complies with relevant food contact safety standards, can be used for packaging materials in direct contact with food, ensuring food safety and hygiene.
· Terpolymer: Features a unique molecular structure formed by the polymerization of three different monomers, providing multiple advantages such as good flexibility, heat sealability, and optical properties.
· Low-Temperature Heat Sealability: Achieves excellent heat sealing at lower temperatures, with a heat sealing temperature 10°C lower than that of Eltex P KS400 random copolymer. This helps improve packaging production efficiency while reducing energy consumption. Additionally, the film maintains good sealing performance and strength in low-temperature environments, preventing leakage of packaged contents.
Basic Properties
· Melt Flow Index: 5g/10min under conditions of 230°C and 2.16kg, indicating good processing fluidity, easy molding during processing, and suitability for various processing techniques.
· Density: 0.895g/cm³ at 23°C, with low density, which reduces packaging weight and lowers transportation costs.
· Flexural Modulus: 620MPa at 23°C, providing certain rigidity and hardness to maintain packaging shape and strength, protecting the contents.
· Tensile Strength: 20MPa, offering good tensile properties, resistance to breakage during stretching, and the ability to withstand certain external forces.
· Hardness: 58 at 23°C, with appropriate hardness that facilitates processing while meeting packaging requirements.
· Melting Point: 131°C, Vicat Softening Point: 105°C, Heat Deflection Temperature: 55°C at 0.45MPa, demonstrating good thermal stability and maintaining performance stability within a certain temperature range.
